BETA UNIT / BUTTON-DOWN HOOD SWEATER If you look through Beta Unit’s collections, you will probably spot lots of clues that the indie label’s designers grew up in the late 80s and 90s. They take inspiration from the technological limitations of that era - like primitive graphics, pixelization, and fax machines - when the digital world was just beginning to flourish.  This influence creates a style that’s modern, but unconventional and unfamiliar. Our favorite from the label’s current collection is the Button-Down Hood Sweater.  The jersey knit hoodie buttons up all the way from the front straight through the hood and down to the mid-back.  We prefer it in olive, but it also comes in gray.  Here are a few more photos of it.
