TOMS SHOES / SPRING 2011, INSPIRED BY DAN ELDON
Late last year we wrote about the Dan Eldon Project, a philanthropic organization and clothing collection dedicated to the work of photographer and activist Dan Eldon.
It turns out Dan Eldon has lots of fans everywhere, including the TOMS shoes headquarters. Blake Mycoskie, founder of TOMS Shoes, has long been an admirer of Dan and used his work as the creative inspiration for the TOMS Spring 2011 collection.
Many of Dan’s bold photographs, collages and illustrations are used as prints covering classic TOMS shapes, which makes for some really cool and interesting shoes. Our favorite from the collection is the Faces Vegan Classic. Here’s a closer look.

To view the entire collection, visit the TOMS website. You can also find TOMS on Facebook and Twitter.
If you haven’t already, visit the Dan Eldon website to learn more about Dan and his work.
