MISTER FREEDOM X PALLADIUM / LA CHAUSSURE “PALLADENIM”
Two of our local favorites, Palladium Boots and Mister Freedom, recently got together to create the PALLADENIM, a traditional Palladium design revisited by Mister Freedom.
The PALLADENIM is inspired by jungle boots that the French government issued to its soldiers in the 1950s during France’s campaigns in Indochina and Algeria.
The boot’s upper is made from vintage raw selvedge indigo denim, loomed in the United States and sourced directly from Mister Freedom’s extensive archive of vintage “New Old Stock” textiles. Just like a good pair of jeans, these denim boots will wear over time and create a distinct finish and feel. Here’s a closer look.

To learn more about these amazing boots, or to pick up a pair, visit Mister Freedom’s website. If you have a few minutes, you should also take a peek at Palladium’s website. The company has produced a series of really interesting short films (all posted on its site) that explore cool places across the country.
