PREST / SPRING/SUMMER 2011 COLLECTION

After spending years on the road, musician Rye Whelan settled back into his native Los Angeles to pursue one of his other passions: fashion.

In 2007, Whelan launched PREST, a menswear label with an emphasis on simple, modern designs and the highest quality fabrics and construction.

Whelan isn’t after a certain look or style.  Rather, he approaches each season as a blank slate, keeping the label’s designs fresh and constantly evolving.

Since PREST is manufactured entirely in Los Angeles, Whelan is able to work closely with his vendors and suppliers, staying very involved in the actual production of his garments.
