DRAGAN MRDJA / STEFAN
Dragan Mrdja has been obsessed with shoes since he was a kid.  Although he has no formal training in fashion, Mrdja’s background as a furniture designer, artist, and student of architecture provided the perfect skillset for designing shoes.
Mrdja’s style is dapper, simple, and quietly masculine. He combines the highest quality materials with incredible craftsmanship to produce timeless classics.  Each pair of Dragan Mrdja shoes is hand-stitched by cobblers in Serbia, a country known for quality shoemaking.
Our favorite from Dragan Mrdja’s current collection is the Stefan.  This pair of traditional Oxfords is seriously luxurious.  It combines handmade Belgian linen and brown suede to create a light, textured look that’s perfect for warmer weather.
To learn more about Dragan Mrdja and see the company’s entire collection, visit its website.  If you have a few minutes, you should also check out this pair of videos for a behind-the-scenes look at the company’s production process.  If you’d like to see the shoes in person, visit Church Boutique on Santa Monica in West Hollywood.
