GENETIC DENIM / MAVERICK (IN THIEF)
Guided by the vision of Creative Director Ali Fatourechi, Genetic Denim has established itself as one of the hottest names in premium denim.  Worn by an endless list of celebrities, the label is all about quality and fit, using the finest materials and constructing each pair with the highest attention to detail.
For its Spring 2011 collection, Genetic Denim stripped its line down to the basics, removing unnecessary stitching and brand signifiers.  The result is a collection of jeans that’s simple, clean and quietly stylish.
Since Genetic is mostly known for its women’s line, we didn’t give it much thought.  But after seeing the Spring collection, we decided to try on a pair.
We went with the Maverick, Genetic Denim’s straight leg jean, and we were blown away.  It’s incredibly soft, fits well, and looks really good.  We’re definitely glad we gave it a try.
The Maverick comes in a six different finishes (we prefer the Thief), ranging from light to dark, so regardless of your preference you’re bound to find a shade that works for you.
